Orders are processed in 1-3 working days.
Standard Delivery takes 4 - 7 working days.

We may require additional days to process orders during promotions.

  • Working Days: Monday to Friday (except Public Holiday)
  • Some remote areas may require extra 1 - 2 working days for delivery.
Shipping Method

We ship our packages using S.F. Express with two options:

1. Home Delivery

You can have your package sent to a home or office address.

2. S.F Express Self Pick Up

You can also collect your package at the designated S.F. Express Stores or Lockers.

Simply in the self pick up code and address in the delivery address when check out.

Once your package is ready, you’ll receive a SMS message from S.F. Express with the instructions for the collection.

All import tax is included in the shipping cart and is covered by us. If you receive notification regarding the payment of the import tax, please inform us.

Due to the S.F. Express' security policy, we may ask you to provide the relevant documents e.g. ID card electronic copy or Tax No. to process the shipment.

S.F. Express reserves the rights to reject the shipment if the above documents cannot be provided; we will contact you to cancel the order if this occurs.
