7 DAYS RETURN POLICY ON DEFECTIVE ITEM

* You can only request for exchange within 14 days after delivery.

* The exchange must be for the same collection or the product with the same value. Request for refund is not available.


Return condition

Tokyosports Online provide return policy within 7 days after you receive the product.  Returns are limited to the following circumstances:

- The product has any manufacturing defects, or any quality defects (subject to TokyoSports’ inspection and determination)

-  A wrong product is shipped;

All products are allowed returned and replaced only once, and the replacement must be a product of the same style, same color and size.*In the situation of unavailable replacement, refund will be arranged.

Remarks: 

- Please return your item together with the shipping slip and order form, otherwise we cannot process your return.

- Please make sure that the item for returning is in a clean and well packaged condition that the original package and tags are intact, and the items are unworn. Otherwise, the product return may not be accepted.

- Gift and any free offering items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. 

 

Return procedure

Step 1. Write the request for return

 Indicated return reason clearly with photos showing product problem.  Tokyosports online will receive the request for return and determine the product potentially satisfy the return condition.

If request for return is accepted, please pack the items with shipping slip and order form with the original packaging. Please ensure the parcel is packed in secure and clean condition.

Step 2.  Return your Parcel

You can choose to return by the following methods

1. Product pick up by SF Express

- Call S.F. express service hotline +852 2730 0273 to arrange the pick-up service manually

- Fill in the waybill from the S.F. Express. Please tick the “paid by receiver” option.

(Please kindly note that there will be surcharge HK$30 for pick-up in non-industrial and commercial area, which will be charged to customer expense. ) 

2. Delivery of product to an SF Express store.

- Fill in the waybill from the S.F. Express. Please tick the “paid by receiver” option.

3. Send the product with any other delivery provider

- *Shipping fees of return made with other delivery provider will be paid by customer.

Step 3. Receive returned product 

After receiving returned product, Tokyosports will check and investigate the returned product. If the product is determined to satisfy the return condition, the replacement will be arranged and delivered as soon as possible. In case of unavailable replacement, refund will be arranged. 

* If the product do not satisfy the return condition, the original product will be delivered back to the customer, at customer's own expense.
