  1. Can I change or cancel the on-line order?

All orders cannot be cancelled after payment accepted. If you want to make any revise on your order, please kindly contact us as soon as possible. It is not allowed to make changes after the orders status changed to "Processing in progress".

 

  1. How many days will it take to receive the product after an order is placed?

After the order is placed successfully, the orders will be expected to deliver to your address within 2 – 4 days. The delivery may be delayed during public holiday and festival.

 

  1. Can my order be shipped internationally? And shipping cost?

Yes, we are now available to ship internationally via S.F EXPRESS. You can check the shipping fee when you check out.

  1. What should I do if I receive a wrong product?

If the received product is found to be inconsistent with your order, you may contact us immediately.

  1. How can I check and track the status of my order?

Customer will receive an email when your order status has been changed, you can track it is under “Processing in progress” or “Shipped”.

For tracking numbers, please contact our customer service for further details. 

 

  1. What to do if I have not received the product at the time of delivery?

If you are not available at the time of delivery and you have not received the product, there will be maximum 3 times of re-attempt delivery. The recipient could contact Yamato Transport’s customer service hotline at 2829-2222 to arrange a re-delivery directly. For S.F. Express, SMS will be sent and re-delivery will be attempted on the next day. All fail delivered parcel will be returned to our office and refunded, you may have to pay for the extra shipping cost.
